The developer has published a unit plan set for GAIA. We do not redraw or approximate it here, because a redrawn plan can differ from the sanctioned drawing in ways that matter: wall thickness, shaft positions, balcony depth.
Ask for the plan set and we send the developer's own PDF, with the carpet area for each unit type. Compare it with the carpet area in the builder-buyer agreement before booking.

Things to compare between units
Floor height
Higher floors get views and less road noise, and usually carry a floor-rise charge. Sky gardens are shared, so lower floors keep that access.
Corner or middle
Corner units list a wrap-around balcony. Middle units share more walls. Compare the plans side by side.
